By using Block Codex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Block Codex is a free app that tracks your walking progress across New York City street blocks. The app is provided as-is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy.
You are solely responsible for your personal safety while walking. Always be aware of your surroundings, obey traffic signals, and exercise caution. Block Codex does not direct you to walk in any particular location and is not responsible for any injury or harm.
Street geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap and is used under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL). Map display is provided by Apple Maps. Neither data source guarantees completeness or accuracy.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, that street data is complete or accurate, or that walking progress will be recorded perfectly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Codex and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms may be updated at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
